We collect only what you give us. On this website, that’s the info you type into our estimate, referral, careers, business-sale, or design consultation forms:
We do not collect payment information through this website. If you finance a project, that information goes directly to our lending partner (Enhancify, Acorn Finance, or similar) — not to us.
We use Google Ads conversion tracking. When you visit our site, Google may set cookies that tell us whether you arrived from one of our ads and whether you then called us or sent a request. This helps us measure which ads work. Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, and you can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. We do not sell your personal information.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site (for example, which pages people visit, where they click, and where they get stuck). Clarity may set cookies and records how you move through our public pages; it hides what you type into form fields. We do not use it on customer quote, appointment, or account pages. Texts come from GeoBrix at (973) 846-1438 and include appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and quote links, project updates, and a request for a review after your project.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages.

Active project inquiries are kept in our records for the life of the project plus 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. Inquiries that don’t become projects are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up if you reach out again. You can ask us to delete your info at any time.
We store your information on password-protected systems and email accounts using industry-standard security. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and never store payment or financing credentials.
